Saint Seraphim of Sarov. Russian Orthodox Icon. Saint Seraphim was bent over during the latter part of his life due to robbers who attached him and beat him in his forest cell.  The robbers were looking for hidden treasure, but did not realize that the only treasure was standing right in front of them.
