Holy Wisdom (Sophia in Greek).  Russian Orthodox Icon.  The Theotokos (holding Christ) is on the left and Saint John the Baptist is on the right. The inscription just below Christ blessing says "The Holy Wisdom of God," which is represented by the red figure with wings sitting on a throne which is held up by seven pillars.
