Tender Feeling Mother of God. Russian Orthodox Icon. Saint Seraphim of Sarov often prayed in front of this icon, kneeling on a rock for 1000 days during one particularly long ascetic endeavor. He called this icon his "Joy of Joys." Saint Seraphim reposed while praying alone in his cell kneeling in front of this icon.
